I have NO idea who makes a good universal remote but your frustration cracks me up! I LOVE to see others as frustrated as me, or even more so! This is terrific…I pretty much weigh my own happiness in direct relation to the unhappiness of others, so, in that regard, I’m having a pretty GREAT DAY!!! Whooooo-hoooo!!!!
But seriously, that’s a good clip and a good query for the masses!!!
